Coaching for neurodivergent individuals takes into account the unique cognitive, emotional, and sensory experiences that come with conditions like ADHD, autism, dyslexia, etc. I tailor strategies that are flexible, creative, and often outside the traditional "one-size-fits-all" methods. The goal is to create an environment that feels safe, empowering, and suited to your specific needs and ways of thinking.

That’s completely okay! Many people feel unsure about their goals at the start of coaching. We can begin by exploring your current struggles, frustrations, or dreams, and gradually uncover what you truly want to achieve. I’m here to help you clarify your vision, break it down into smaller steps, and build momentum from there.

No, a formal diagnosis is not required to work with me. Neurodivergence comes in many forms, and everyone’s experience is different. Whether you have a formal diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, or something else, or if you simply identify with being Neurodivergent, I’m here to support you. What’s most important is how you experience the world and what your needs are. We don’t need to pathologize it.

Coaching is a journey, and results can vary depending on your goals, commitment, and personal circumstances. Many clients begin to see improvements within the first few sessions as we start making small changes and adjustments. However, long-term, sustainable change often takes a few months of consistent work. You’ll begin to feel more confident, focused, and in control as we build momentum, this can take anywhere from 8 - 12 sessions, typically.
-
Getting started is simple! Just reach out to schedule an initial consultation. During this consultation, we’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and vision for coaching. From there, we can decide on a coaching plan that works for you. I offer flexible coaching packages to fit your needs, whether you want to dive into a few focused sessions or need ongoing support.
-
Yes, absolutely! Coaching can be done virtually via Zoom or other platforms, so location is not a barrier. This gives us the flexibility to work together no matter where you are. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with Autism, ADHD, and other related conditions. I bring a deep understanding of how neurodivergence impacts daily life, and I use this knowledge to develop personalized, creative strategies that resonate with your brain’s unique needs. I believe in balance, joy, and integrating fun into the process, so it doesn’t feel like “work”—but instead an empowering journey toward self-discovery and growth.
